Big difference between muscle soreness and actual pain. Over Training has become more & more common in the world of fitness. And it all stems from people not getting the proper guidance when putting together an exercise routine. As a fitness society, we have to try to listen to our bodies more. I see it all the time in the gym or just about anywhere that people decide to exercise.
Let me cut right to the chase. Before taking your exercise routine to the next level:
(A) Make sure their is No Pain or restrictions in movements.
(B) Ask a trained professional to take a look at your exercise program & your form during exercise.
(C) If their are restrictions in movement, Try to get a movement sceening done by a TP.
(D) If their is pain, Stop exercising and see a professional. I.e. PT, doctor, surgeon, MS, etc…..This might seem like common sense but sometimes we are so driven by our goals that we lose sight of Reality.

I train with Albis. He watches to see how your body is reacting to an exercise with a level of attention that many trainers don’t. If he sees that you’re in pain or that a muscle isn’t reacting the way he wants it to, he’ll stop you and redesign the exercise to address the problem muscle first.
Albis is the most common sense personal trainer I have ever met.

Joe Kubert’s original Superman versus Mohammed Ali cover before he was let go from the project by Mohammed Ali’s management
Neal Adams ESPN 2000 cover based on the Superman versus Mohammed Ali cover
and this other thing :-)
fun fact- DC asked every celebrity’s permission to be included on the cover and certain celebrities like John Wayne refused and Neal had to paste new faces
